Do you take insurance?
Yes, we are in-network with Assurant, Cigna, Sun Life, Guardian, Humana, MetLife, Delta Dental Advantage, United Healthcare, Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, and United Concordia. If your insurance provider isn’t in our network, your coverage will depend on whether or not your plan offers out-of-network benefits.

What financial payment plans or membership programs do you offer?
We partner with CareCredit as a third-party payment option for financing your care. You can find a payment plan that works for your budget. The application process is simple and efficient.
You can also become a member of our Dental Membership Plan, which is a budget-friendly alternative to dental insurance. Unlike insurance plans, our dental membership plan has no deductibles, no waiting periods, and no annual maximums. With our plan options, save on preventative and periodontal care, as well as enjoy discounts on other services.

Where do I park?
We have patient parking available directly outside our practice, but if you have any issues parking, please let us know.

What are your office hours?
We are open Monday through Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Thursday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. (two per month).

How early should I come to my appointment?
Please come to our office 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled time. This helps us ensure we have time to update your patient information if necessary.

How long will my appointment last?
Since every patient is different, there isn’t a set time for appointments. The length will vary depending on your specific needs and the type of treatment being performed. On average, a regular checkup takes around 30 minutes to one hour, while more extensive treatments may take longer.
