Meet Dr. Katrina Verendia
The Professional Side
Dr. Katrina Verendia graduated Magna Cum Laude from The College of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. She obtained her DMD degree at Rutgers Dental School and advanced her training at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center.
Since her schooling ended, Dr. V worked at a pediatric dental office and a general dental office finding purpose in relaxing the anxious patient. Her interest in dentistry began when her family dentist discussed with her opportunities in the career for mission trips to third-world countries. She feels very blessed to have had the opportunity to serve on a mission trip herself in Guatemala.
Along with her husband, she was awarded Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (A distinction given to only 6% of general dentists).
The Personal Side
When not in the office Dr. V is at home scooping up her kids, kissing boo boos and being an all-around SuperMom! (Her husband wrote this bio.)
